The Church Office Administrator provides day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational support to the pastoral staff, preschool director and Church Council. This role coordinates weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual church operations, including bulletin and communications preparation, financial processing, records management, facilities and vendor coordination, and support for congregational events, holidays, and rites (baptisms, memorials, and new member intake). The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential and financial information, and the ability to manage a wide range of recurring deadlines throughout the church calendar year.
