At the 2026 Pacifica Synod Assembly, in May 2025, Synod Assembly Voting Members approved recommendation of a 3.0% increase in the Baseline Salary for Rostered Ministers (Ministers of Word & Sacrament and Ministers of Word & Service) of the Pacifica Synod for the year 2026. This action brings the baseline salary (including salary and housing allowance) to $83,019 for ALL Rostered Ministers.
