The documents below are updated annually and reflect the current baseline salary for Rostered Ministers as adopted at the prior year’s synod assembly.
At the 2025 Pacifica Synod Assembly, in May 2025, Synod Assembly Voting Members approved recommendation of a 3.0% increase in the Baseline Salary for Rostered Ministers (Ministers of Word & Sacrament and Ministers of Word & Service) of the Pacifica Synod for the year 2026. This action brings the 2026 baseline salary (including salary and housing allowance) to $83,019 for ALL Rostered Ministers.

At the 2026 Pacifica Synod Assembly, in June 2026, the Synod Assembly Voting Members approved the recommendation of a 2.6% increase in the Baseline Salary for Rostered Ministers (Ministers of Word & Sacrament and Ministers of Word & Service) of the Pacifica Synod for the year 2027. This action brings the 2027 baseline salary (including salary and housing allowance) to $85,177 for ALL Rostered Ministers. Updated 2027 forms will be posted here when available.
