Embodying a church of word, sacrament, and service
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 10:00 Am - 2:00 PM Our Savior's Lutheran Church 200 Avenida San Pablo San Clemente
General Registration – $30 ELCA Non-Rostered (Lay) Rate – $15**
For the church to truly carry out its call to proclaim the Gospel through gathering God's people around Baptism, Eucharist and the community of the church, and then sending out God's people to witness to God's love through acts of service, both Pastors (Ministers of Word and Sacrament) and Deacons (Ministers of Word and Service) are called and equipped. While calls of Pastors and Deacons are different, they are both necessary for the church to be the church.
Learning from one another about our calls and thinking together about how these calls fit together to carry out God's mission in the church and in the world are important steps as we all seek to carry out tasks to which we have been called.
The purpose of this day is to provide guidance and opportunity for conversation around how to be partners and colleagues in serving God's church and God's mission.
Please use this link below to register by Thursday, January 29.
