If you plan on printing your notebook, make sure your printer is set to print double-sided and in color (if you so choose). However, in order to save paper, we encourage you to download the notebook to a device that you can use and access during the A-Zoom-bly.

Office Administrators please contact your voting members to let them know if you will be printing their copy of the notebook for them.

Voting Members please contact your congregation's office administrator to confirm whether you'll need a printed copy or will download your own copy to your device(s).

Help Desk During Synod Assembly
The Help Desk phone number for Saturday's A-Zoom-bly has changed! The new phone number is now 619-464-4211. This Help Desk will be staffed on Saturday beginning at 10:30am and ending at 2:00pm. And if your call goes to voicemail, please DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE as we will not be able to retrieve them. Instead, email your name and callback number to terrirobertson@pacificasynod.org.

Synod Budget Hearing
Assembly voting members and all interested in learning more about the synod budget and other financial matters may view the recording of our Synod Budget Hearing held on May 30, 2026. Our Synod Treasurer, Allen Easley, reviewed the financial reports and proposed budget for 2027-2028 that will be voted on during our upcoming Synod Assembly on June 20. PAST INFORMATION ABOUT THE SYNOD ASSEMBLY AND REGIONAL GATHERINGS:
Our Regional Gatherings are concluded. Those were:
     >>April 25, 2026 – Hawaii (at LC of Honolulu)
     >>May 2, 2026 – Inland Empire (Trinity, Riverside)
     >>May 9, 2026 – Orange County (Bethlehem, Los Alamitos)
     >>May 16, 2026 – San Diego (Clairemont, San Diego)

ALL voting members were expected to attend both the Regional Gathering in their area and the online Synod Assembly on June 20.

To prepare for registration so that you have the necessary information on hand when you are ready to do so, we have prepared registration instructions and a worksheet for each event. They have been mailed to all congregations, or you may download them as a complete PDF here.

Voting members ONLY were eligible register for the online Synod Assembly on Saturday, June 20 from 12:00-3:00 PM (Pacific) / 9:00 AM-12:00 PM (Hawai'i). Prepayment of your congregational assembly registration fee invoice did NOT register your voting members. Registration of voting members for the A-Zoom-bly closes on June 10. Register here.

The A-Zoom-bly is to be attended by voting members ONLY, while Regional Gatherings were open for ALL to attend.
