David Eisenbeisz says
I am looking for ELCA Pacifica Synod churches that will conduct services as usual on Sunday morning. I am uncomfortable with ignoring Jesus’ instructions to remain vigilant because we know not the hour in which He comes. He could come this Sunday. I also do not do well with streaming video because I am an older person and am not inclined to learn how to do it. I need a real church with real convictions, and I wish the Pacifica Synod cared about my soul as much as they seem to care about keeping we older folks safe from the flu. I appreciate your concern, but I am not afraid of this virus. I need to find a church in which to worship this Sunday, and I would rather not go to an LCMS or a Catholic church, but I will if I have to. Even if I should die from attending church, I am assured of eternal life , so why would I be afraid? Unlike many, I actually believe the Good News and am willing to continue living like I do even if it kills me. Please post a list of Pacifica Synod congregations with courage. Thank you.
