April PALLMM Course Offering
in San Diego County

World Religions
The four-week course, "World Religions" is designed to offer an approach to the understanding of the world's major religious traditions that seeks to present them in such a way that a believer would both recognize and endorse. This course will be offered at Incarnation Lutheran Church, 16889 Espola Road, Poway, 92064, from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. on four consecutive Saturdays, April 21, April 28, May 5 and May 12, 2012. (No additional costs are anticipated, but students are expected to come with pens and paper).

Dr. Luther Symons, currently Sr. Pastor of Incarnation, in addition to his experience in parish ministry, is a former missionary to Cameroon and Thailand, where he has served as seminary professor and graduate studies professor.

These courses are sponsored by our Pacifica Synod through the PALLMM (Preparing Adult Lay Leaders for Mission and Ministry) program to provide lay leaders with challenging opportunities for special education and training in faith and service. The cost for each course is $50.
